Based on "best practices" from highly successful directors, the Music Achievement Council has compiled tools that cover every aspect of recruiting and retaining instrumental music students. It not only provides sample forms and letters that are ready-to-use, but also shares retention ideas that can be implemented at any stage of the school year. Recently edited with new and innovative strategies that involve the students themselves in the retention process, this session will enlighten new and experienced teachers alike.
