The Dares were formed by twin brothers Ben Peterson and Matt Peterson. They began performing in California in 2004. They have toured nationally and written and released multiple albums and EP's. Most recently, they released the ep "Bad Faith" in 2018 and a music video to accompany their first single "Hang Fire".
