This interactive workshop will teach students how to develop musician-adapted versions of the business model canvas and to apply principles such as problem-solving, analysis of alternatives, key metrics, unique value proposition, competitive advantage, marketing channels, customer segments, revenue streams, key partners, and cost structure. Students will learn how to position themselves as entrepreneurs and to create marketplace opportunities.
