Which comes first? There are great programs that inform policy but research in need of advocacy and practice that informs policy yet to be articulate. No one idea comes first, but a place to start is helpful! This session will help to define the terms, present concrete examples, and help formulate strategies to operate successfully within the larger music education ecosystem.
