Dana Bentley

Dana Bentley opened Bentley Drum Shop in Fresno, California in 1992.  The store has hosted over four special events and clinics each year and provides in-house lesson programs that have inspired and encouraged musicians throughout central California. Playing drums since he was in the fifth grade, Dana grew up around his favorite instrument and became a student of drum and percussion history. During his NAMM Oral History interview Dana spoke about his own background as well as some history of drum companies and major developments in percussion products over the last 50 years.
