Daniel Mari
Daniel Mari followed in the footsteps of his father in running the Mari String Company in New York City. While serving as president of the company, Daniel worked hard to expand the product line as well as open the company up to serving the growing global market. In addition to exhibiting at NAMM and the Frankfurt Fair, Daniel supported many music educational programs. In 1946, when the NAMM Show returned after a two years hiatus due to World War II, a young Daniel Mari was among the enthusiastic attendees who was responding to a surge in the demand for musical instruments and accessories, which became an important re-birth so badly needed in the industry.
