Douglas Woodfull-Harris

Douglas Woodfull-Harris started his career as a studio musician in San Francisco. During his studies of classical composition and musicology in Los Angeles he met his wife Petra. They both moved to Germany and soon after Douglas started working at Bärenreiter as editor. His first work included extracting orchestral and chamber music parts for performance for the many editions of Mozart's works Bärenreiter published and revised for the Mozart Anniversary Year 1991.  In this interview Douglas gives an example of his work editing Debussy’s “La Mer.”
