Floyd Rose
Floyd Rose began his career as a machinist working on jewel inlays, all the while playing guitar on the side in local bands and in clubs. Over the years he became frustrated with the lack of control he had in using the tremolo bar, so he sought to make his own. The resulting invention was the Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo introduced in 1977. The product revolutionized the guitar industry. Over the years, Floyd has introduced his own line of guitars and the Speedloader Series, a new approach to guitar bridge and string design.
