Howard Paul
Howard Paul is the president of Benedetto Guitars and has had a passion for the instrument since he was a kid. In fact, Howard was playing professionally when he was thirteen. Over the years, he befriended several key jazz guitarists who were mentors to him, including Chuck Wayne and Jimmy Bruno. In 1996, Howard ordered his first Benedetto guitar and a life long friendship with Bob and Cindy Benedetto began. After Bob’s 7 year licensing agreement with Fender, which included working on the Johnny Smith Mode, Howard jumped on board with Benedetto Guitars to run the company and to oversee the building of the factory in Georgia in 2006. When Howard walks the factory, that young kid filled with passion comes out. Only now, that passion is teamed with a sincere sense of pride.
