Jim Armstrong

Jim Armstrong worked in the music publishing industry for many years, both for Charlie Hansen and Columbia Music. His music career began at the famous music retailer in southern California, Wallich’s Music City in 1968. He soon switched to working for innovative publisher Mr. Hansen in Florida, where he worked on and off for 25 years. While with Hansen Publications, Jim worked on several music books which he found very rewarding. Jim also worked for Columbia Publications for whom he created several publications including Columbia’s Best of Rock & Roll series.
