Ken Parker
Ken Parker began building guitars and basses, first for his brother then for other players, in the early 1970s. He fell in love with arch-tops and became one of the best-known guitar luthiers in the industry. After learning his trade in New York in the 1970s and 80s, Ken met Larry Fishman and together they began creating new and innovative products. Among Ken’s best-known designs are the Fly Guitar as well as several other models under the Parker Guitar brand. After the company was sold, Ken was able to return to his roots as craftsman, return to his tools and the wood to design another style and model of guitar for which he can be proud.
