Kerry Prosser
Kerry Prosser can trace his passion for the piano business directly to his parents who formed the family business. Prosser Pianos has served the Tacoma music community since 1955, and over the years has had locations throughout three states. Kerry grew up with a love of selling and wanting to find the perfect instrument for each customer, a trait linked back to his father. As soon as he was old enough, Kerry was involved in the business. At 17 years old he helped sell pianos and organs at the local fair. The year was 1979 and Kerry used the two hit songs at the time that would lure customers to their tent - “Spanish Eyes” and “Somewhere My Love.” When his parents retired, Kerry and his brother Kevin worked together to carry on the family tradition. Kerry strives to provide his staff the training and knowledge necessary to give each customer the best shopping experience possible.
