Mark Maxwell

Mark Maxwell’s love for music retailing goes back as far as he can remember. His parents started Mom’s Music in "Kentuckiana" with stores in Jeffersonville, IN and Louisville, KY. Mark literally grew up in a music store, and has been selling instruments and gear his entire life. When his parents offered the Indiana store to Mark, he jumped at the chance to purchase and run his own store. He renamed his store Maxwell’s House of Music to avoid confusion between the two stores. Mark has enthusiastically shared his ideas with other music retailers by presenting several NAMM U classes in the Idea Center at the NAMM Show with great responses.
