Norman Zimmerman

Norm Zimmerman began his career in the industry with Steve’s Music in Canada, where he remains as the store’s sheet music buyer. Norm grew up working in his father’s general store, providing Norm with great experiences as a buyer and in training employees. Norm joined the music chain of three music stores in 1991 and soon took over managing the print music departments. With a deep interest in creating a strong and loyal customer base, Norm has never taken his focus off service and what each of his employees can do to help all of those who walk into the store.
