Ron Larcombe

Ron Larcombe formed a rock band with his friends while in high school and fell in love with music. He toured the United States and Canada with several tribute bands before deciding he wanted to try selling drums and other musical products. Ron worked in music retail at The Drum Shop in 1984, rising to manager before later buying the store while attending night school to gain his degree in business. In 1991 he formed his own percussion wholesale business, which expanded within a few years to include several other musical instruments. Over time he created customer benefits that led to his business becoming a rep firm, in fact, one of the first such music rep businesses in Canada.
