William Cordier

William Cordier remembered piling in the family car for a road trip to their favorite lake northwest of their home in Ohio.  Each and every trip included a detour into Elkhart, Indiana where his father would pull over and show off the large sign announcing the "World's Biggest Musical Instrument Maker!"  Following his own career as an engineer at GE, Bill was given the opportunity to run Conn when it was owned by McMillan in the 1970s.  He soon shared his father's passion for the company and especially the people, who William thought were among the most passionate and dedicated workforce he has ever had the privilege to work with during his career.
