Franco Guccini
Franco Guccini expanded the family’s cane business of basket making to the creation of reeds for musical instruments. As president of Marca: Aches Reeds Canas Accessories established in 1957), he has developed a unique process of cutting, drying and shaping the cane. Franco’s warm personality and attention to customer service is regarded by musicians and dealers around the world. His attention to details and quality of product has done the very same for his product line. His NAMM Oral History interview was completed on March 14, 2008.
