Donald Mills
This audio only interview was conducted for a radio program by Dan Del Fiorentino and donated to the NAMM Oral History program: Donald Mills was an original member of the Mills Brothers, one of the most popular singing groups in American popular music. The group began as four brothers: John Jr., Herbert, Donald, and Harry back in 1928, and waxed a few hit records before John Jr. passed away in 1936. Their father, John Sr., then joined the group which went on to sell over 65 million records and earning 40 gold records including the classics "Tiger Rag," "Paper Doll," and "Glow Worm."
