Ewald Hannabach

At the time, he was an apprentice at the workshop of Benedikt Lang making cellos and double basses right across the street from Hoyer. After relocating to the West. he started an apprenticeship at the Eibl workshop in Tennenlohe near Bubenreuth, where many of the former Schönbach luthiers had reestablished their workshops after the war.
