NEXT CItY is a rock band from Los Angeles, California.
Following months of touring together, vocalist (also renowned actor) Samuel Larsen and guitarist
Philip Paulsen began writing for a brand new project that would combine garage crunch with a dance drive.

Rounded out by the unwavering rhythm section of bassist Nick Diiorio, and drummer Ben Brinckerhoff,
NEXT CItY is ready to unleash their brand of brash, sexual, and honest music to the world.

In a time where some might say guitar driven music is scarce, or maybe even coming back, NEXT CItY has
a unique way of encompassing today’s energy, while still experimenting with the modern era of rock n’ roll.

With fat, fuzzy funk tinged guitar, fused with visual lyrics, and pocket beats, NEXT CItY will be familiar on
the ears, yet sound like nothing you’ve ever heard before.

Influenced by rock and pop alike,
NEXT CItY takes nods from Michael Jackson and Prince, as well as Queens of the Stone Age, and The Dead
Weather. Their mantra is it’s got to be heavy, got to make people dance, and got to be honest.
