Touring in the Bubble

Concert tours and live show productions have adopted “the bubble” as a way to keep key people safe and separated, while still operating the production at a high level.

So what defines the bubble and who’s in it? How does it operate, and how long will this be a requirement? There are as many questions as there are approaches to it.

In this NAMM and TEC Tracks webinar, held November 3, live sound engineer Mark Frink moderated a panel of major touring professionals. They discussed how the bubble has changed touring, the different approaches that tours are taking and what it means for the future of concert performance and production.
