GREGORY BOYD Gregory is a child of American music being a distant relative to Blues Legend Muddy Waters, born in the Midwest and raised for a time in Detroit Michigan. Gregory Boyd’s music can be described as refreshing, exciting, funky, innovative and thought provoking. His collaborations with American artists such as Charles Neville, Cyril Neville, Delmar Brown, Paul Jackson, Doctor John, Daryl Johnson and Jon Cleary have produced killer shows and classic New Orleans sessions. His own stellar passion fest shows win him acclaim continually. Gregory Boyd is an accomplished Electro Steel Panist, Singer and Songwriter who pushes the boundaries of Modern Music with his very own brand of Global Rock Music, which is Steel Drum textured, vocal layered and steeped in the traditions of American Blues, Rock, Funk, R&B, and Jazz.
