Jim VanNewKirk

Jim VanNewKirk has been a solo performing singer-songwriter and guitarist for the past 9 years. He started writing songs at the age of 39, and since then, he has performed at the NAMM Show in both Anaheim, California and Nashville, Tennessee, as a sponsored artist for Guitar Hands Hand Care Lotion, and Journey Instruments. Jim has also competed in the Texaco Country Showdown in Buena Park, California and Springfield, Ohio. His voice is often compared to Bob Seger, Mark Cohn and John Mellencamp.
