Pre-Book Hotel Instructions for The 2020 NAMM Show
Thank you for submitting your exhibit space contract for The 2020 NAMM Show!
As a NAMM exhibitor, you will have access to book your hotel reservation within the official NAMM hotel block before general housing opens to all NAMM Members on August 21, 2019. Your early booking window begins on July 24 at 9 am PT and closes on August 7 at 5 pm PT. A link will be provided on Tuesday, July 23 that will give you advance access to the official NAMM hotel block. If you do not book by 5 pm PT on August 7, you will have another opportunity to book rooms at an Anaheim Resort hotel beginning on August 21 when general housing opens. Hotel availability will be on a first come, first served basis.
Need 10 or More Rooms?
Should you need to request a block of 10 or more rooms, please email us at thenammshow@eventsphere.com. We will work to place your block when your early booking window begins on July 24. Please note we will make every effort to accommodate your first choice for a resort hotel, however, there is no guarantee.

*Please note The 2020 NAMM Show Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable two-night room and tax deposit will be charged to the credit card on file by your confirmed hotel for all reservations on January 3, 2020. To avoid the forfeiture of the two-night room and tax deposit, the reservation must be canceled by 11:59 pm PT on January 2, 2020. The charged deposit will be applied toward the full stay and subtracted from the hotel charge upon check out. For reservations of one night only, a one-night room and tax deposit will apply.
