Travel regulations in the United States are continuously evolving, and for the latest information regarding requirements relating to COVID-19, please visit the CDC's website

The United States State Department has created the Visa Wizard, a tool to help identify if you are required to obtain a visa when traveling from your country of origin. Please note that some countries are part of the Visa Waiver Program, and you are not required to obtain a Letter of Invitation. If your country is part of the Visa Waiver Program, you may register for your Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval before traveling.

To obtain your Letter of Invitation for The 2025 NAMM Show, please start by reviewing the instructions below and completing this form.

I recognize that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious illnesses exists in any place where people are present and that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at The NAMM Show may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. We have negotiated several discounts and opportunities to help attendees maximize their experience at The NAMM Show.

Attendees under the age of 18 must register for badges and the parent/guardian must complete a waiver form. Forms are located at the badge pick-up and registration area at the show. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

    Childcare is not provided.

During your time at The NAMM Show, you will have access to world-class restaurants, attractions, and experiences in Anaheim and Southern California.
