The Future of Leadership in Live Events

The re-emergence of live events can’t just be a return to business as usual. Our post-pandemic workforce will be returning potentially with financial or mental health struggles, a smaller pool of pros remaining in the industry and greater awareness that diversity, equity and inclusion is essential for greater industry-wide success. This session addresses what leadership should look like in this new era and how to best support and elevate the individuals and businesses for the whole industry to shine again.
