Adriana Flores

Adriana Flores proudly represents the third generation in her family to run Alamo Music in San Antonio, Texas. The store was established by her grandfather Alfredo Flores Sr. (1908-2014) back in 1929. Her father, Alfredo Flores Jr., took over the business from his father and later served as Chairman of the NAMM Board of Directors. As the company expanded into e-commerce, the third generation took over to expand the store’s ability to serve their customer. Not only is Adriana the third generation to run the store, she is also the third Flores generation to be interviewed for the NAMM Oral History program (her grandfather was interviewed in 2009 and her father was first interviewed back in 2003).
