Andy Strayer

Andy Strayer began his career in the music industry working for a music store, which he joined right after earning his music business degree at Wingate University in North Carolina. After several years in retail, Andy became a manufacturer’s rep for Leblanc and later for Pearl Drums.  Along the way he married his high school sweetheart who became a school band director.  Can you imagine the music passion in that house!  As Andy’s career developed so too did his reputation for customer service and a deep understanding of his product lines.  He worked for Pearl Drums for seven years before joining KHS in the Nashville branch. A second interview with Andy was conducted at the Nashville NAMM Show in June of 2016.
