George Kirkwood

George Kirkwood joined the Rodgers Instrument Corp. in the engineering department just five years after the company was formed by Rodgers Jenkins and Fred Tinker.  Beyond his fourth year with the company, George became Product Engineer on a number of key innovations and product lines for the company including the Rodgers Harpsichord and the home organ.  After his retirement, George proudly worked for a local dealer to install and repair the instruments for another decade before his second retirement.  His passion for Rodgers is noticeable in the smile on his face when he talks about his years with the company!
