Tracy Leenman of Musical Innovations, NAMM’s 2015 Dealer of the Year, recently gave her website a successful revamp, and during this session, she’ll lead a panel of music retailers who’ve done the same. Jeremie Murfin and Geoff Metts of Five Star Guitars and Michael Santander of Instrumental Music Center share their best practices for navigating a website makeover, discuss what they learned in the process and also share tips you can use to improve your own website—even if you have no plans for a redesign any time soon.
