Police drummer and founder Stewart Copeland is joining forces with Public Enemy bassist Brian Hardgroove to create an international, multi-language, performing/recording music project called Audio Rhythm Theory. But the story here is that they are working closely with manufacturers, cloud-based recording innovators WholeWorldBand.com and ReverbNation.com to audition singers from around the world in what is being called the World's Biggest Audition.
