Still Blurry: The Changing Landscape of Copyright Law
The standing-room-only legal panel is back! Last year, it looked at the "Blurred Lines" decision involving Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams and Marvin Gaye’s estate, and there’s an update this year! Meanwhile, musical copyright cases continue to loom large, affecting everyone from Madonna and Justin Bieber to Ed and Led Zeppelin. This session, moderated by Heather Rafter, RafterMarsh Law, will feature a seasoned panel of experts to untangle the blurred lines between creative expression and copyright infringement.
