Opportunities for Women in Media Technology

Shakespeare once said, “To thine own self be true.” An independent woman knows who she is, what she wants, what she is capable of and how to accomplish and reach her goals. She isn’t scared or afraid to take on whatever career challenges or obstacles may come her way. This panel, moderated by tech journalist and writer (CNN, CNBC and L.A.Times), video host, content strategist and entrepreneurJessica Naziri, will focus on the challenges that women in the audio industry face every day and how the session’s panelists have remained true to themselves, all the while keeping their eye on their goals and achieving success. Panelists include a wide range of industry professionals with unique perspectives, including Lenise Bent, mixer engineer and producer; Jett Galindo, mastering engineer; and Leslie Lewis, president of Leslie Lewis Consulting and Producer.
