State of the Industry Address (2021 Summer NAMM): Joe Lamond, Intro

2021 Summer NAMM began with the "State of the Industry Address," hosted by NAMM President and CEO Joe Lamond. This special opening session looked forward by looking back at a year we’ll never forget. In a series of one-on-one interviews, Lamond and a group of industry thought leaders explored the state of business, the future and lessons learned from a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. It began with Lamond commending everyone for their resourcefulness and perseverance in navigating business during the pandemic. He referred to them as the "new greatest generation" of business leaders.
