(Martin Guitar) invites guitar and uke players of all levels to perform at Summer NAMM at the Martin Guitar and Strings Open Mic event, part of the Make Music Experience, on Saturday, June 30 at the Music City Center, in Nashville, TN, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Attendees will be able to sign-up to perform a song during the Martin Open Mic in Lobby D of Music City Center, directly off the Summer NAMM exhibit floor. Everyone who plays will receive a Martin T-shirt, a set of Martin strings, and will be entered to win a Martin Guitar. The guitar winner will be selected at random from everyone who performs that day.

It’s another star-studded night at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on June 26, 2018, when the Peach Pickers (Dallas Davidson, Rhett Akins and Ben Hayslip) host Gretsch Presents the 5th Annual Georgia On My Mind. Artists joining the Peach Pickers to celebrate their home state of Georgia include Randy Houser, Jamey Johnson, Chris Janson, Lauren Alaina, John Berry, Michael Ray, Travis Denning, Jon Langston, Trea Landon and songwriters Pat Alger and Tony Arata, who will receive the 2018 Flamekeeper Award. Proceeds from the concert benefit the Georgia Music Foundation which has distributed nearly $300,000 in music preservation, education and outreach grants since the first Georgia On My Mind concert in 2014.

The Nashville-based location of the pro audio outfitter has lined up an exciting afternoon, including a conversation with Grammy award-winning producer, mixer and engineer Joe Chiccarelli (U2, Alanis Morissette). Warren Huart will lead a Produce Like A Pro Panel featuring Jeff Balding (Taylor Swift, Eagles), Ryan Freeland (Bonnie Raitt, Ray LaMontagne), Ryan Hewitt (Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Avett Brothers), Kim Rosen (Dashboard Confessional, Franz Ferdinand) and F. Reid Shippen (Dierks Bentley, Eric Church).
